During the first consultation you tell  about your health issues and find a listing ear.

Together we then make a treatment plan that is realistic and doable for you, as you are responsible for your own healing. Yoga therapy allows you to manage your own health.

Yoga therapy is a complementary with other treatments you might be receiving, for example from your GP, specialist, mental health professional or naturopath.

Yoga therapy draws from traditional yoga practices, models and methodologies. It includes movement, breathing, mindfulness, meditation and sound to find your inner balance and peace of mind.

Yoga therapy sessions can be done one-on-one or in small group classes around similar health issues.
