Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) can offer you ways to safely explore sensations in your body in the present moment.
Trauma sensitive yoga was developed with feedback from trauma survivors and is very different from other yoga classes.
You are invited to practice yoga in a way to works for you. There is no right or wrong way to practice.
The classes are facilitated by Sam Voolstra, a knowledgeable and certified yoga teacher with lived experience of PTSD.
