Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) can offer you ways to safely explore sensations in your body in the present moment. This empowers you to make decisions based on what you notice in your body, and reduces the effects of trauma.
Trauma sensitive yoga was developed with feedback from trauma survivors and is very different from other yoga classes.
The classes are facilitated by Sam Voolstra, an experienced and certified TCTSY yoga teacher with lived experience of PTSD.
