During a private Somatic Experiencing (SE) session I support you with setting and reaching your goals for greater health and well being.

I bring together the traditions of yoga, SE and iRest mindfulness meditation to work together with you towards a more resilient nervous system and more internal stability to deal with the stresses of daily life.

During the sessions we explore your unique innate capacity for nervous system regulation and aim to release stress and trauma energy from your body.

Weekly trauma sensitive yoga classes

A traumatic event or traumatic period in your life can have a big impact on how you relate to yourself, your body and to others. The good news is that you can change this.

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) can offer you ways to safely explore sensations in your body in the present moment. This empowers you to make decisions based on what you notice in your body, and reduces the effects of trauma.

Trauma sensitive yoga was developed with feedback from trauma survivors and is different from other yoga classes.

Weekly classes in Lismore in 2022

Learn practical mindfulness tools to navigate the difficulties in your life and enhance your sense of well being.

iRest is a simple mindfulness-based meditation practice, based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and adapted to suit the conditions of modern life.

iRest meditation empowers you to integrate challenging memories, emotions and beliefs and to remember your complete and harmonious wholeness of being. 

iRest is simple to learn and easy to practice by anyone, regardless of physical ability or experience with meditation. You can choose to lay down or sit during the guided meditations. Once practiced regularly, iRest becomes a set of tools for life.

iRest has been shown to be effective in scientific trials for conditions including chronic pain, sleep problems, depression and anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
